Entry Requirements
Participants must fulfill the following pre-requisites:
- GCE ‘N’ Level English Grade C5; or
- GCE ‘O’ Level English Grade C6; or
- Level 4 of the Workplace Literacy and Employability Skills System (WPL & ESS).
Participants without the pre-requisite qualifications must sit for a Computer Adaptive Test (CAT) to ascertain proficiency level.
The following requirements are mandatory:
Participants must
- Attend all 5 days’ program (100% attendance)
- Submit declaration of current employment status
- Commit to take up a tourism and services related job in the industry within 6 months of graduation
- Inform and update SIRS of your employment status within the first 6 months of graduation
- Inform and update SIRS of your employment progress for 3 months after securing a job in the tourism and services industry
Course Fee
Participants who are currently not working in the tourism and related sector can enjoy 90% of course fee support.
Course fee before subsidy - $650.00 (incl.GST)
Course fee after 90% subsidy - $65.00 (incl. GST)
