The Job Preparation Exercise is a scheme to assist retailers in their recruitment drives to find suitable job seekers to join their organizations.

The scheme provides the platform for employers to publicise their job vacancies.
SIRS Career Services Centre has a pool of course participants who are keen, well trained and job ready for both part time and full time career opportunities in retail.
SIRS Career Services Centre will assist employers to pre-screen suitable jobseekers before referring them to the employers for further selection and recruitment exercise.
SIRS Career Services Centre will jointly take up press advertisements with participating employers under the classified advertisements to advertise their job vacancies and pre-job training at SIRS.
SIRS Career Services Centre will facilitate and support all interviews conducted at SIRS facility.
