On-The-Job Training

 

On-the-Job training is a blended learning approach which allows for training to be conducted both in the classroom as well as at the workplace. Knowledge and concepts will be imparted during classroom training delivery while hands-on application are incorporated during the OJT sessions held at participants’ workplaces. 

 

 

The OJT blended learning approach allows for a portion of training to be conducted at the workplace in lieu of the classroom thereby reducing the time participants need to spend away from the workplace. With OJT, participants are given personalised one-to-one coaching with the trainer to guide each and every individual in the application of their knowledge and skills at their workplace, thereby enhancing the learning effectiveness and relevancy.
