Course Overview
The well-received WSQ Certified Service Professional, a national curriculum, is now a 4 days highly experiential boot-camp style programme with latest industry trends, know-how and best practices to cope with rising and changing customer expectations; a ‘journey’ through key development checkpoints addressing the positive mindset, right heartset and a mastery of service skill sets needed to be a service professional.

Full Course Fee (100% of course fee): $580.00
90% funding for Singaporean / SPR: $522.00
Nett Course Fee: $58.00
Prevailing GST (7% of nett course fee): $4.06
Total Nett Course Fee Payable, including GST : $62.06


This course is eligible for SkillsFuture Credit S$500 for self-sponsored applicant.


Entry Requirements
  • Participants must be proficient in basic reading, spoken and written for English class
