Asynchronous Project: 2 hours IMPORTANT NOTE: Students do not have to attend classes for their asynchronous project, but are expected to complete the assigned project at their own time. Completed assignments are to be submitted as advised by trainers.

2. Building a Business Case for Carousell
3. Crafting targeted e-commerce strategies to maximize visibility on Carousell.
4. Track performance using Carousell's analytics tools
Course participants will acquire the following Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
1. Identify and prioritize business needs and effectively develop a business case that demonstrates the potential impact of selling on Carousell.
2. Design, manage, and execute eCommerce strategies aligned with organizational goals, specifically tailored to the Carousell marketplace.
3. Leverage Carousell platform and apply learned tactics to optimize product listings, increase visibility, and drive sales growth.
