What is AP? AP funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when they send their employees for certifiable skills training.

What is Enhanced Training Support For SMEs (ETSS)? Skills upgrading remains a key mechanism for companies to raise productivity. Compared to larger companies with more resources, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are less able to send their employees for training. The Government has thus enhanced training support for SMEs by providing higher course fee funding and enhanced Absentee Payroll (AP) cap.

What is the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)? The EDG helps Singapore companies grow and transform. This grant supports projects that help you upgrade your business, innovate or venture overseas, under three pillars: Core Capabilities, Innovation and Productivity, and Market Access.

What is the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)? The SFEC aims to encourage employers to invest in enterprise and workforce transformation. Eligible employers will receive additional support for your transformation efforts, in addition of the existing funding schemes.

What is WSS Scheme? The WSS scheme encourages and supports low-wage workers to undertake training that leads to more impactful employment outcomes.
