Redeployment CCP

The Redeployment CCP for the retail industry aims to reskill at-risk employees into new roles arising from the on-going enterprise transformation or strategic expansion.

Through this programme, SIRS will provide advice and support participating companies to retain, reskill, and redeploy their existing employees to prepare them for their new job roles as Sales Ambassador, Omni-Channel Sales Manager, Brand Specialist or E-Commerce Specialist. The programme consists of facilitated classroom training and structured on-the-job training (OJT) across 3 months.

Salary Support for PMETs

1. Standard Rate for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents:
   Up to 70% of monthly salary (capped at $4,000 per month)
2. Enhanced Rate for Singapore Citizen Mature Workers (aged 40 and above) only:
   Up to 90% of monthly salary (capped at $6,000 per month)

Salary Support for RnFs

1. Standard Rate for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents:
   Up to 70% of monthly salary (capped at $2,000 per month)
2. Enhanced Rate for Singapore Citizen Mature Workers (aged 40 and above) only:
   Up to 90% of the monthly salary (capped at $3,000 per month)

Salary support based on the duration of the programme (maximum 3 months)
