This Travel & Learn Programme includes 4 full days of classroom training at Alibaba’s headquarters in Hangzhou. The overall trip spans 6 days and 5 nights, covering arrival, departure, and hotel stay. This immersive programme is designed for participants to acquire strong and practical insights to the "New Retail" landscape. Participants will develop key competencies in the critical areas of Social Marketing and eCommerce, Omnichannel Marketing, Data Analytics in both the local and international contexts, with opportunities to gain insights from a real-world digital commerce ecosystem. Participants will also learn about how they can identify and leverage business opportunities, develop stronger brand propositions, and implement effective digital business and marketing strategies.
The Alibaba Master Programme is highly practical in nature, featuring hands-on participation in the use of powerful social and ecommerce tools and techniques including Livestreaming and Social Media Marketing. Learners are not required to attend any face to face or online sessions. Instead, they are to independently complete the assigned project and/or required tasks within the stipulated timeframe.
