4. Market trends to prioritize key focus areas and identify the rules and regulations and terms of use of various social media platform
5. Privacy legislation and confidentiality requirements, copyright and intellectual property considerations
6. Techniques to synthesis patterns and trends and characteristics of consumer behavior, market competition in relation to social media usage
