- Set up and structure a web property using GA4’s reporting tools and features
- Identify the correct and relevant data and reports needed by understanding the purpose of the different tools and features of GA4
- Generate relevant insights from data and reports from understanding the derivative value of the data captured in GA4
- Optimise website performance through applying insights on user activities and journey to finetune website set-up
- Optimise campaign performance through understanding the user behaviour and journey that reflects related gaps and opportunities

Ivan Wong
Ivan has over 20 years of experience in Business Consulting, Training, Search Engine Marketing, Conversion Optimisation and Digital Analytics from both client side and within the agency environment. Well-versed in both the technical and business aspects of digital marketing, he is one of the few Google-appointed regional trainers who trains the official Google AdWords, Analytics, and Mobile Advertising courses. In addition, he is a sought-after trainer, providing training and consultancy for leading marketing agencies including Google Mobile Labs, IE Singapore, The Knowledge Engineers, General Assembly, Econsultancy and ClickAcademy Asia. He was formerly the SEO/Analytics Director with GroupM Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, he was the Director of eCommerce at Far East Hospitality, Singapore’s largest operator of hotels and serviced residences. He has also held management positions at DGM Asia, Hewlett-Packard Asia, and Magnus Management Consultants.
