As part of retail operations, your role involves managing the day-to-day functions of establishments, with areas of responsibilities in planning, managing, and maintaining the retail store, protecting the store and merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating the movement of goods and people within the store.

As a retail professional, your expected career pathway is as follows:

Sales Associate
Monthly salary range: $1,600 - $2,400*
Responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence. Engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store.

Sales Supervisor
Monthly salary range: $2,200 - $3,300*
Accountable for achieving assigned team sales targets, coordinates activities to ensure operational demands are catered for. Oversees daily store operations.

Store Manager
Monthly salary range: $3,000 - $5,500*
Oversees end-to-end operations of a store. Responsible for driving sales and service performance.

Area/District Manager
Monthly salary range: $4,000 - $7,700*
Oversees operations of a group of stores in a given area/district. Responsible for developing business opportunities, managing operational and service excellence.

Operations Director
Monthly salary range: $10,000 - $19,500*
Drives realisation of business strategies by developing business opportunities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and establishing operations and service excellence standards.
