The Career Conversion Programme for Retail Industry (CCP-RI) aims to help Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) mid-career switchers undergo skills conversion to gain relevant competencies and take on new, exciting job functions in Retail Operations, Brand Management, Marketing, Merchandising or E-commerce (Omni-Channel).

Appointed by the Workforce Singapore, the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS) offers the Career Conversion Programme for Retail Industry (CCP-RI) for PMETs who aspire to pivot to new careers in the Retail and Digital Commerce space.

The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a train-and-place initiative by the SkillsFuture Singapore to support mid-career individuals in upskilling and reskilling themselves with industry-relevant skills and knowledge to boost their employability to take on new or enhanced job opportunities in the retail and new sectors. Trainees will receive advisory and employment facilitation by our team of qualified Career Advisors from SIRS at no cost.

The SkillsFuture Work-Study Programme (WSP) provides opportunities for the Polytechnic or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) fresh graduates to gain industry-relevant experience and skills while pursuing a Certificate or Post-Diploma through a work-study arrangement.
