- Learn what Shopee offers
- Get an overview of the eco-system of digital commerce
- How to manage the social commerce, reviews, ranking, and conversion rate
2. Improve Store Performance
- Understand the pros and cons of e-Marketplace, web store, blog shop & social media shop
- Learn about the 4 key components of an online store
- Apply ‘conversion rate formula’, ‘value from paid’ and ‘own and earn traffic’
- How to source for products
3. Practical Hands-on Session on Shopee
- Seller Centre
- Set up an account, create shop profile and uploading of products
- Shopee guarantee to protect buyers and sellers
- Shopee’s basic functions and benefits
- Entice buyers through promotions, pricing, free delivering and good product listing
- Different ways of product exposure; attract, convince customers and follow up the orders
- Manage sale orders and buyers return request
- Manage finances using My Income/My wallet
